Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) represents a trenchless rehabilitation method for repairing damaged or leaking waste water pipes without lifting and replacing the pipe system It is a jointless, seamless pipe lining within an existing pipe. This provides great potential for reducing costs and time in comparison to conventional methods for lifting pipes.
As one of the most widely used rehabilitation methods, CIPP has applications in sewer, water, gas, chemical and district heating pipelines. The pipe liners steeped in resin, which are fed into the sewers, then inflated and set, are manufactured from fibreglass reinforced plastics (GRP).
Arvind PD offers a wide product range of reinforcements made of corrosion-resistant glass fibre. Our complex mats made of ECR glass are designed to deliver chemical resistance, extreme durability and high mechanical performance according to the customer’s expectations. Arvind PD Composites for many years has been supplying fiberglass fabrics to CIPP segment. Arvind PD’s multiaxial fabrics, engineered using multiple layers of glass with varying axial orientations, offer significantly higher load absorption.
Arvind PD speciality fabrics helps the customers for the ground-breaking, without breaking the ground.
